please select Dealer. If you are an employee of Nissan or Infiniti please select your designated

|
The categories in your user profile determine what you can view on NNAnet.com.Your Dealership
Administrator is responsible for setting your user profile. |
|
Within your user profile you can customize the categories you would like to be displayed and your
preferred language (if not in the USA) for the website. Also you can modify your personal links
"My Links" which appears on the left navigation bar. |
|
You can obtain Help information by clicking on the Help link at the top of the page. |
|
To start, the dealership needs to appoint a dealership administrator. After that, the Administrator
will need to add additional users and maintain the status of their account in the event of any
changes. Once all users are entered into the system the users simply need to begin logging in on a
regular basis to view all the latest communications from National, NMAC, NCI, IFS or Regional
headquarters. |
|
Although high-speed access (Cable-DSL) is nice and is a popular tool for many dealerships, you can
still view the latest information with a simple 56k dial-up connection. |
|
Information may be published throughout the business day. To ensure that your information is most
current, you should login at least twice throughout the day, once in the morning and in the afternoon
(but not limited to). |
|
Depending on how many PC’s the store already has, you may not need to add any. However, if the
Sales-Service-Parts manager(s) are continuously asking the F&I manager to use their computer and
are interfering with work, you may want to consider addressing your PC needs. |
|
During the initial rollout of the NNAnet.com, you will continue to receive information via
conventional methods (e.g., mail, fax, etc.) and online. After a certain period, most information
will only be available online so it is important that dealership personnel are trained and are
familiar with using NNAnet.com. |
|
Right now this is for communications from National, NMAC, NCI, IFS or Regional Headquarters to the
Dealerships. |
|
One of the best parts of this tool is the fact that you can control who gets to view what
information. In other words, there may be some items that a Sales Manager may need to see but you may
want to keep from the view of other people. The access rights are defined for each user profile. |
